About Liljenberg

Liljenberg AB was founded in 1972 by Ingemar Liljenberg, representing Euro-Locks / Lowe & Fletcher. In the beginning of 1980, the business expanded with slides representing Accuride.

For more than 20 years, Liljenberg has focused on sourcing solutions of customer-specific goods/components from low cost countries.

Hagbrand Holding AB acquired Liljenberg AB in 2005 and launched new
initiatives for the future. Liljenberg moved to new facilities in 2008, ensuring an improved service level to customers.

A Chinese subsidiary based in Shanghai was established in January 2011, which operates as a local base in Asia, particularly for Liljenbergs subcontractors.

Liljenberg cooperates with large and medium-sized corporations and businesses in Scandinavia, which are trying to reduce the cost of customer specific components through sourcing. As a partner Liljenberg integrates in to the customer’s supply chain in order to optimize flows.

Hopefully you will not have to work in the days between christmas and new years eve, but should that be the case, feel safe, we are on site and can send any urgent orders.

Liljenberg – your employee in China

Liljenberg offers external services in China and Taiwan.

In Asia Liljenberg is currently in the next phase as external services are now offered. Several have been in contact with Liljenberg for help with their own manufactures, often in connection with problems. The focus has been on own manufacturers and experiences has been very positive. The service is now offered externally and this means that Liljenbergs actively take on assignments for other companies. Typical support includes negotiation, contracts, disputes, conditions, audits, supplier evaluations, deliveries and of course quality assurance.

— I am very pleased that we now can help other companies. Our country manager Yi Zhang, has done a phenomenal work. We have so far said no to external requests and it feels good to now be able to offer support. What surprised me greatly is the positive response of Chinese speaking manufacturers and suppliers. Close cooperation and assured working relations
lead to better conditions.
